Hi, I've deleted several files more than once and the percentage of used storage does not decrease, I also empty the files in the trash, can you take a look and see what else could be the issue?

Used storage is incorrect

The issue you encounter seems related to what is described in this article: Storage Usage Or File Count In My Account Is Incorrect.
I've ran the script that will recount all of the files and how much storage is being used in your account, so you should now see the correct storage size available in your Box.
