Hi,


My account storage space is incorrect. I have this issue regularly and the support people run the script to correct the problem. Could the script be rerun for my account?


As you are running the script manually, you should have provided an option or a tool for us to run the same script to avoid the issue in future. 


Please look into this matter with utmost urgency.

Great news! I went ahead and fixed your storage count. To verify this, log in to box.com> Account Settings> Storage Used.


In the future, if you experience incorrect storage, please let us know in this forum.

Same story here too...

I only have more or less 3GB data in my Box account, but Box drive says I have used 14.5GB.
Seems this is a common issue with Box drive and need to be solved by support team.. so can someone please correct this issue for me?
