Hi,


My account storage space is incorrect. I have had this issue regularly and the support person ran a script to correct the problem. Could the script be rerun for my account?


As you mentioned earlier, you are running the script manually, you should have provided an option or a tool for us to run the same script to avoid the issue in future. This is my 10th POST regarding the same issue in the last 7 months.


Please look into this matter with utmost urgency.

Great news! I went ahead and fixed your storage count. To verify this, log in to box.com> Account Settings> Storage Used. 


In the future, if you experience storage inaccuracies, please let us know in this forum.
