Hi,


My account storage space is incorrect. I have had this issue regularly and the support person ran a script to correct the problem. Could the script be run again for my account?


Please provide an option or a tool for us to run the same script so that we can avoid the issue in future.

This company is horrific.  Google charges way less.  I'm about ready to dump this company and take legal action for this issue.  Let me know if you have any luck as I've been submitting tickets for my issue with ZERO response that they even are seeing these.  What a joke.

I've been asking for years for this to be corrected in my account. The customer service for this site / app is absolutely terrible. I have about 5 gigs worth of files in my box, and somehow it's still showing that I'm using 36 gigs. Fix this problem already, it shouldn't be that hard. Especially if multiple people are experiencing it. Get your sh*t together Box Team.
