I've got a problem withe used space. I'ts inaccurate, and now i cant use box account.

Great news! I went ahead and fixed your storage count. To verify this, log in to box.com> Account Settings> Storage Used.


In the future, if you experience incorrect storage, please let us know in this forum.

@Rona, Would you please review my account and see if I have this problem as well?  From my calculations, the "Storage Used" is off by almost 20GB.
