I would love to use box relay for a simple workflow. Is it possible to build a relay workflow that when a file is uploaded to a folder to look for a phrase in the filename and copy/move to a subfolder?
Ex: Uploaded Filename contains the word "Home" -> Move to Home folder
or Uploaded Filename contains the word "Work"-> move to work folder

Unfortunately this is not currently possible with Box Relay. Please visit https://pulse.box.com where you can provide feedback and feature requests for our product teams.
The simple workflow you need should possible to get working with webhooks which can be configured to trigger when files are uploaded into specific folders.
