Usage?

The 7 GB may include files that were shared with you, even if you didn’t upload them. It can also reflect content in Trash or a storage figure that hasn’t refreshed yet.

Check Account Settings → Account for the storage details, and review All Files and Trash. If you’re on a business account, your admin may be able to help identify what’s included in the quota. If the number still doesn’t make sense, contact Box Support with a screenshot of the storage indicator: Submit a support ticket.
