Dear box team,
I have 50GB of storage with 5GB in use.l, but the app and site shows that I have 60GB in use.
And the shows to me message to buy more storage.
Could you please check?

Welcome to the Box Community!
I have run a script that will recount all of the files and how much storage is being used in your account. Sometimes Box caches previous file counts and storage amounts causing a data inconsistency. This is a known issue and is a long term project for our engineering team to tackle.
