[URGENT] Unable to share folder

I'm unable toshare the folder due to the bellow error message. Please let me know what is the cause of this issue and how can it get fixed.

    Hi there, 

    Welcome to the Box Community!

    We have seen this error message in past where the collaborator is part of a Box enterprise who may have set limited external collaboration to selected domains only. Since your profile is linked to a personal account, its likely the person you are inviting is part of an enterprise with this restriction, and so their enterprise might need to add the email domain in their "Allowed list" of domains to be able to collaborate.
