URGENT: Unable to add an existed user to the enterprise sheet

Hi Community,

As mentioned in the title, it’s unable to add a user whose account has been recently removed to the enterprise sheet I purchased. I need to use this drive with my clients within 2 days I post this - please support.

  1. Checked this link but it didn’t help: Click Save twice but it continues loading forever.
    • I tried more than 5 times to add the account but it didn’t change
  2. Another users who created their account this time has been added to the sheets.
