URGENT: Signing Up Issue

Hi team,

Need technical support.

Everytime we sent Editor access to someone with their specific folder, they always encountered issues like having trouble completing the sign up for Box, and we always had to resend the invitation and have them reset their password. It causes us poor customer service. Would any of you be able to explain this issue? It happens everytime.
