I am a company administrator and I am uploading a file base for my company that occupies 97TB. You offer unlimited storage but I don't know why my account is limited to 12072 gigabytes (12TB). Please is there any solution to this?


I can't find any information regarding any limitations or a solution, this is important, I'm migrating data and I don't have much time available, I need a solution.

I had a support appointment that was going to start in 2 hours and they just canceled it, this seems very strong to me. 24 HOUR SERVICE and I haven't received a response for 3 days
