URGENT ESCALATION SSO failure, unable to log in

We need case# #2932896: SSO Login Failure, escalated immediately. This ticket is urgent and is preventing us from conducting business.  We've reached out multiple times and have received no response. Can this ticket be addressed ASAP?

When we log in to Box, we receive the below error message:

Sign On Error
Single sign-on authentication was unsuccessful (reference # XGXYXXCS).
