I uploaded an Excel sheet that had been password protected outside of Box. Another member of our team can not open the file when trying to open it on Box. Is there something we can do to solve this problem?

To clarify is member trying to preview the file or is he actually opening it on his desktop Excel app?
If the user is trying to preview this file is Box, but unable to this would be expected behavior:

You cannot preview password-protected files.
