Uploading Emails to Box Folder

Hello. 

We are new to Box and have questions regarding uploading emails to Box folders. The info in Box support indicates it’s possible, but I don’t see that our account has the settings needed to enable this functionally. 

Would you be able to help with instructions or if we need to modify our account to enable this activity please let me know.

    Hi Kristen, 

    Welcome to Box Community!

    Are you referring to "Upload to Box Through Email"? If so, this feature is not available to Starter accounts and Personal accounts. You need to have a  "Business or Enterprise" to have this feature.
