upload some files in API

I upload a file to BOX in API.
The number of the displayed files may be different from the number of the real files in the folder on this occasion.
Can you improve this by the way of API operation?
If there is a method, please tell me.

    This is a known bug that our engineering team is working on. There is not a fix that you can do via the API.
