I'm wondering if there is a component or a program or whatever else ( source code or executable, doesn't matter) aimed to upload files from a windows pc to a personal box.com account. I think someone has already experienced such need and for me is too complicated to go through all these API steps

The Box Sync is not a solution because I cannot use it to programmatically control the start and stop of syncing. I would like to have this capability in order to have some protection against ransomwares by means of a delimited sync window, just after a file is modified. If there are alternatives please let me know
