Hi Guys,

My entire team is having problems with uploading files to the drive as it is saying account storage is full. However I have upgraded my plan to the unlimited storage. For context, I am the admin and owner of all files and I have several external users who collaborate in the drive and the external users are trying to upload files but its giving the error that the account storage is full. Can someone help me on how to resolve this issue?

The "account storage is full" error, despite your "unlimited" plan upgrade, almost certainly means your organization has hit the maximum total **pooled storage limit** determined by your current Google Workspace tier and number of user licenses. As the admin, you must access the **Google Admin Console** to check **Reports** $\rightarrow$ **Storage** to confirm the used vs. allowed limit. To resolve this immediately, either **purchase additional user licenses** (to increase the pool) or **identify and delete the largest files** from the top storage-consuming user accounts or Shared Drives.

Hi Linda62,

Thank you for your reply. However my google storage has up to 11TB of storage available and only four users are using the storage so I do not see any concerns or issues with regard to my workspace. Have you come across a similar issue as well. I will also attach some screenshots regarding my issue as well.
