Upload Errors - "Action Failed: Quota Exceeded"

I copied a significant number of files to the Box Drive and most of them uploaded correctly. The final 8600+ did not upload and I am getting the following error message for each one: "The account this folder belongs to has run out of space. Contact the account administrator to increase storage."

According to my account admin, we are not over our account limit.
