I can't seem to upload in box drive. I get a failure to upload when i try. I have restarted my computer and it still gives me a failure to upload to my box drive.

Earlier today, we had an issue impacting Box Notes, and some users may have also experienced issues with logins, uploads, and downloads as well. Our internal team has informed us that the issue you reported should now be resolved. Can you confirm if you are still seeing the issue on your end?

Me too I can't download or upload anything and also I can't open the files , it seems that the site is blocked.This happens on my android mobile and on my windows pc , the same on my android tablet. Blocked everywhere and both on the app and on the website with all browsers

This is occuring to me as well.  I have cleaned out unsynced files, rebooted my system, uninstalled/reinstalled Box Drive.  

Nothing is working.

And so what can we do? I don't want to loose all the files

We’re having the same issues, we cannot upload and cannot open docs.

Is there a number to contact?


My company is having the exact same issue. Cannot upload a new file or replace a file without getting a network error. This happens on multiple devices on multiple different networks on Box Drive as well as Box.com; all of which have been functioning seamlessly for the past 3 years.

Maybe it's a worldwide problem, I hope that Box Team will fix this, otherwise I'll switch to another cloud service
