Hello,

I recently updated my Box account from an individual account to an enterprise account ut my Box storage limit is still showing a limit of 10 GB. A coworker of mine is having the same issue where his account does not seem to have been properly updated, would be great if someone could advise a fix or take a look at our account. Thanks!

Hi Sam,

Welcome to the Box Community!

Please reach out to your Box Admin and request to modify your storage space from 10GB to "Unlimited".

These are the necessary steps for your administrator to follow:

To edit a managed user:

  1. Go to Admin Console > Users and Groups.
  2. Click the Managed Users tab.
  3. Click the user name.
  4. Make any desired changes. See the Managed Users Tab section of Users & Groups Settings for details. Click Edit () in each section to make changes to the user account. (If the section is collapsed, hover over the section header or click  to expand the section and see the Edit button.)
  5. Click Save.

Hi @philattranslucence,

Welcome to Box Community and glad to help!

Upon checking your current plan is Business and has Unlimited storage.

To give you an idea, Business and Enterprise accounts have access to unlimited storage for their enterprise.

However, Admins can limit how much storage is allotted to each user within their enterprise. Users will have to abide by this limit and will receive errors if they take any actions that result in exceeding it.

Can you please confirm if you are uploading to your own folder? I can see here that your account is set to unlimited storage.

Please know that folders are dependent on the quota eligibility of the folder owner.
