Because I hit the silly 100GB limit on my Personal Pro account and was forced to upgrade to get more storage, I moved to the Business for $20/mo. The catch: you have to have 3 users!
Beyond the idiocy of this, I migrated b/c I need the space and now my files are missing. It's asking me to upload my first file!
To make matters worse there is no Contact Support email or direct person to speak to. Only an option to post to a public forum. This is an insanely bad customer experience.
