After upgrading from the free plan to the business plan, most of the existing files are gone. It seems that more files are slowly being made available for viewing, but it has been over two full days now and most of them are still not available.

I have the same issue. I upgraded my plan 2 (business) days ago. When I link to my project folders, the files are not displayed to clients. This makes me look unprofessional. My business is at a stand-still until this can be resolved.

You should create your own post instead of my thread.
Then support will contact you a couple of days later and an engineer will be selected for you within a few days.
Once an engineer has been selected, they will respond as soon as possible. It took me about two weeks from the time I had the problem until the problem was completely resolved.
