Upgraded Account and now missing most of my data

I have looked on this feed and although there are several feeds started for this topic I see no resolutions. It have been 2 days now so the 24 hours excuse is not goin to work. It is critical that this data is back up ASAP. I see the folders/files on my Box Drive but when I try to move of open them it says it cannot connect to Box.
