Upgrade Payment Won't Process

I have tried several times, double checked the details, and tried two different credit cards, but my payment won't process. I keep getting an error message.

Wrong phone number is incorrect.
I’ve tried twice to login to upgrade my payment with no success. Have someone call me at 604-418-7653 Canada 🇨🇦
