I upgraded from the personal subscription tier to the business tier, this upgrade has deleted all of the files and folders in my account - I am unable to raise a ticket for this as the link to speak to support just routes back here in a loop

Welcome to Box Community, and our apologies for the inconvenience. Rest assured that none of your contents are deleted during your Box upgrade! 

 

During your transition to your requested new plan please expect that your Box contents will be inaccessible on a short period of time, and not necessarily delete them.  Meanwhile, maximum wait time may take up to 24-hours at most. 

 

Does your Box account still empty? If so, please feel free to reply in this thread.
