I would like to upgrade my Box account, but I am unable to do so. The following message appears:

"An error occurred while processing your request.
Additional authentication is required for your account.
Please submit a ticket at support.box.com."

 

When I try to upgrade my subscription, it says that additional verification is required. I have called support and am going on 1.5 hours on hold with no answer. Please help me!

At this rate, we recommend on contacting our Billing team via billing@box.com to evaluate your account and help with your Box upgrade.

I was trying to upgrade Box plan but I got an error message that says:

“Your account needs further verification, please submit a ticket at support.box.com.”

 

And there was no way to submit a support ticket.

I was recently invited by a friend to join Box, and while attempting to upgrade my plan, I encountered the following error message:

“There was an error processing your request. Your account needs further verification, please submit a ticket at support.box.com.”

Could you kindly assist me in resolving this issue so I can proceed with the upgrade?
