Upgraded to Big Sur and box drive stopped working altogether. I tried uninstalling, but I can't even do that for some reason. Tried to troubleshoot that, but the article box sent isn't even accessible. I can access Box drive if I go through my apps, but it behaves like its sync'd to my desktop and not independent like it was before. Super weird.

I actually cant even get that far! I have tried to uninstall, but I can't fully quit the program for some reason. I keep logging out, trying to delete folder, etc but I keep getting this.

Can you try to rebooting your Mac computer and then try the steps again to uninstall Mac and see if that helps?
