We are using BOX for business purposes and earlier today upgraded for more memory. One folder in particular holding 5000+ files has disappeared.
All other folders that were shared containing 13000+ files are present.
As the folder that is not visible its affecting the workforce as its a working folder. Please advise what happened as I was the owner of that folder.
