Same is happening to me, I have been trying to upgrade about 2 weeks, and there is no way to submit ticket or get ahold of someone to help me with the upgrade.

Same here, and the pricing link provided above only refers to business accounts, and has a different cost structure than just upgrading my personal account.
While I was told to submit a ticket that option does not seem available for personal users.
In effect, Box is currently making it quite hard to give them the £96 they request from me to upgrade my account so that I can share larger files. Any help is appreciated.
