Updating Credit Card

I am not the administrator but I need to update the credit card payment information.  It guides me to open a support ticket with billing but an error populates when I try to open the ticket, what do I do next?

Interested in a response to this. Most websites allow you to easily change credit card information. Why is this option hidden in box?
