Hi,
the most recent Box drive installer is unsuccessful, requesting the 'box.2.24.207" to initiate. When I try to uninstall my current version of Box, the same dialog window appears.
Can you please share this older version to be able to update my box?

I'm sorry to hear that you are having issue installing Box Drive in your computer.
Can you try this Microsoft fix it tool to uninstall and reinstall Box drive and see if it helps?: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/17588/windows-fix-problems-that-block-programs-being-installed-or-removed
Apologies, I was caught up with moving to a new residence.
France, you hit the nail right in the head. The troubleshooter worked. After running it, I was able to run the latest box installer without any additional dialogs requesting legacy software.
