Updateing an Excel file with Apple Comp

I use BOX all the time between me and my sisters, but I have a friend who created an account is needs to update one of the Excel sheets I created for he non-prophet.  But she has an apple computer, should she be able to update the file through the "open on-line" option?

    Welcome to the Box Community!

    Yes, your friend can use Office online which is web-based version of Microsoft Office to edit the excel sheet that you shared to her. She should be able to use that integration even when she is on an Apple computer as long as her browser is up to date.

    If the user is an enterprise Box user (a managed user of a paying Business or higher account), she must have a business Office 365 account to use this integration. If she is a free Box user, she can use the integration for free without a Microsoft Office Online account.
