I am running Box on a Windows Surface laptop. It is prompting me to update however when I start the update process, I get an error that it is unable to install the update. I tried uninstalling Box to reinstall it but I get an error when I tried to uninstall.

Could you try uninstalling Box Drive using this Microsoft fix tool: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/17588/windows-fix-problems-that-block-programs-being-installed-or-removed and then install Box Drive again in your laptop?
