Update keeps failing. Logs sent.

Dear Sir/Madam,

For the last several weeks, every time my computer reboots and Box starts, I receive a message that there's a newer version of Box and update is required.  When I try to do the update, it fails, and it asks me to retry or start a ticket.  Well, after multiple retries, I thought I'd better start a ticket.

Please help me get this corrected.
