Why do we receive this notification despite having a business account with a lot of storage space. I am editing a file in google sheet when this happened.

I have this exact problem. Corporate box account, google sheet shared through box.com. Has been working for weeks and suddenly no one can edit the google sheet with "Unsaved Changes to Box" in the google sheet.
"Your changes were not saved to Box because of an error. You can restore a previous version.
"
I have tried: restoring to previous version: failed - still see error
Cleared all history and cache as recommended: failed - still see error
Browser is up to date: failed - still see error
Restart machine: failed - still see error
All users see the same error Unsaved changes to box.
We followed the steps above from Rona, but the error returns within a few hours. Any new tips to resolve this issue?
