Our business has submitted 2 urgent tickets. Case #2927273 on 8/25/23 & Case #2925644 8/23/23. Both related to the same thing. We are a small medical office and our only biller is unable to access her box account. Our EMR, Drchrono, is integrated with the box and our biller needs access so our practice can get paid. We send EOBs, denials, and other billing matters to the box for drchrono, and are currently unable to do this. The receptionist could not give me an ETA on when an Urgent matter will be resolved.
