Unnable to access to the URL of Sign up Verify Email

I invited the end user to a folder, but he cannot sign up.
When he tried to sign up, he received a 'Verify Email' message, but opening the link showed an error.
How can he register?

Hi, The fastest fix is for you to remove the user's invitation and send a brand new one. This creates a fresh, working verification link.

Welcome to Box Community, and we’ll be assisting you regarding the email confirmation error. 

 

By any chance, did the affected user captured a screenshot of his/her error? If yes, please attach the screenshot in this thread to get a closer look. 

In the meantime, for the completion of the user’s account registration. Remember that users can reset their password in order to have a brand new link and setup the password in their Box account. 

 

 

To reset the password for your Box account, follow this process:

  1. Visit https://app.box.com/reset and enter the email address associated with your Box account.
  2. Check your email, you will receive an email with a link to reset your password.
  • Password reset links sent via email expire 3 hours after they are sent. If you need a new link after your current one has expired, visit https://app.box.com/reset to have another link emailed to you.
  • If you do not receive an email from Box for this password reset, check to see if your Box account is associated with that specific email address or another email address.
  • Also, check your spam folder in your email client for this email.
