I am working with one of our EAs to deploy box in our IT environment. It is my understanding that if someone sets up a box account with their work email, it functions as a personal account. However, we have created a formal enterprise account for our work domain and are trying to send an email to our end user to convert her unmanaged account over to a managed account. I have sent over several invitations to our user but I can confirm that the unmanaged user is not receiving them. (I can do this by looking at the message log on the anti spam appliance we have in place.)
Would there be any reason for our user to not receive these emails right away?
