I just purchased the business plan for my business and we are getting a popup that we need more storage. I thought it was unlimited? each file is under 5GB.

I have the business plan 5GB. It says anything under 5GB is okay to upload. I get the error that my file is to large, but its less than 2GB. Why is this?
