All 3 of the users have unlimited storage on the account. Uploading files and syncing files, we are getting the error that the storage limit is exceeded. How can that be? we all have unlimited storage. We are on the trial account, for another couple days and then we will purchase the unlimited storage plan that we need.

also having this issue, is there a support live chat or phone available?
