Hi, we have Box Business with three users. It says unlimited storage but somehow only the admin has unlimited storage, the two other users only have 10GB. How can this be solved?

Even if your current Box plan offers unlimited storage, please know that Admins can still manage/limit all the functionalities available for its managed users, including the user’s allocated space.
To increase your managed use r’sfree space, please follow the steps below:
- Log in to Box.com and navigate to Admin Console> Users & Groups.
- Select the user’s profile and edit User Details> Used Storage/Allocated (GB)
- Don’t forget to hit Save to capture the changes.
