Uninstalled and re-installed Box drive client, now can't find my files

I had tons of data in my Box drive.  The Box drive client kept repeatedly freezing my workstation so I uninstalled and reinstalled and now my files are gone.

How do I get those files viewable again?  Have they been deleted?

    When you noticed your files has disappeared, did you check it from the Box website? And did you check your trash/bin icon? 

    Please note that we can only guarantee the retrieval of your deleted files if it were once uploaded in the Box website. Get to know more here.
