Unauthorized downloading of files
I received a notification that a user who I don’t have has downloaded sensitive company files. How do I get help with this?

You may want to inspect the file if shared link is enabled. Please note that with a public shared link enabled, anyone with this link can preview and download your contents.
Going forward, to keep track of your contents and its activities you may want to consider upgrading to Business plan in order to run reports.
