I did not authorize a payment for any plan and would never have authorized a charge of $540!  I only learned of this charge through Rocket Money (subscription monitoring).  I searched my email and I did receive an invoice for the $540 for 3 different boxes.  I do not have, nor do I want a Box subscription for 3 boxes.  


Please refund the entire $540, and please let me know to whom or where my data has been sent via the 3 units I was charged for.  I'd like to know who has been receiving my data through the cloud.
