Hello, I used a trial box account for a single-time project, but the day before its expiration, my card was charged $540, which I did not approve. I downgraded my account to free and trying to claim my money back. Any suggestions on that? Thank you!

I have received no response from box.com to my request, is there any chance to assist?


I prefer to resolve it directly and not raise a fraud claim in my bank.
