Unable to view folder from collaboration invite

Hi, can somebody please assist as to why I cannot view/ open the invite somebody sent me?

I am a new user, I signed up and went through all of the set-up steps.

When I click on the 'accept invite' link, the browser just takes me to my 'All Files' page.

They shared the invitation to the same email linked to my Box account.

I am having the same problem. Frustrating also because a search for collaborators does not return Box members inviting collaboration/file share.
