Unable to verify email

I have been unable to verify my email address when joining as the email does not come through. I have pressed re-send 3 times and on 2 occasions it came through after I asked it to re-send and then informed me that the link has expired.

I have then tried to re-set my password using the advice given in the box support. However, again, it does not send me the email in order to do this. I have checked my junk and spam and nothing is there.

Box also does not provide a phone number in which you can speak to a human and instead relies on its customers to help and support the other customers. What a wonderfully cheap business model.
