Trying to upload files into my Box account is failing.  Payment was made on 9/30.  I've seen multiple incidents mentioned as of 10/2/2023 but says all fixed, but obviously it is not.  Please provide an update via email regarding the issues with the Box. 

We started getting upload failures via the FTP channel, no payment issues on our side.
