Hi there,


We use the file request to receive videos from clients, that are usually taken on their phone and uploaded via their phone on whatever browser they choose. However, it does not work on the browser, and it takes forever to load or even select the video.


I have tested it on my iPhone 14 Pro, and it still does not work. This is a big issue because these videos are very important for us to receive before meeting with a client. Please advise why this issue might be happening and what kind of workarounds others may have tried.
